All prices are in USD. Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your order subtotal and chosen method.

Free Shipping
Orders of $99 or more qualify for free Standard Ground shipping — no coupon code needed. The discount is applied automatically at checkout.
Processing & Dispatch
Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST on business days are processed and dispatched the same day. Orders placed after the cutoff or on weekends/holidays ship on the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as your package leaves our warehouse.
Carriers
We ship via UPS, FedEx, and USPS. The carrier is selected based on package size, weight, and destination to ensure the fastest and most cost-effective delivery for each order.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can also track your order in real time from your account dashboard.
Packaging
All CARTPULSE products are shipped in protective packaging that preserves their condition and presentation. Our limited edition objects arrive in branded, gift-ready packaging. We do not include price invoices inside the box — ideal when sending a gift directly to a recipient.
International Shipping
At this time, we ship within the continental United States only. We are working on expanding our delivery coverage — contact us for international inquiries.
Shipping Issues
If your package is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue promptly. For damaged items, please include photos of the packaging and product so we can process your claim quickly.
